I really like that shot! It would be a good candidate for some multiple exposure blending to get a little more color out of the sky.

Did a re-edit and brought up the shadow level so the background wasn't completely black. Although it's not an exciting photo I actually think it's my best as far as sharpness and lighting goes. Any thoughts?

Canon T2i - 85mm f/1.8 - CP filter - Lightroom4
ISO- 1600
Shutter speed- 1/200
Aperture- f/1.8
Focal length- 85mm

No sir it wasn't dark but it was getting there. Thats why my ISO was so high. I'm jealous of your shots. I've been looking for a spot covered in leaves! Do you have wheel spacers?

nope, stock as can be... I hate, hate looking at them so sunk in but I have to wait till spring for some new wheels... sigh.

Yeah, I feel you. I can't justify spending a couple grand on suspension, wheels and tires right now. I'd rather buy camera gear.

I would bring a bit of the blacks back in, touch of contrast etc. It's a little flat.

I have the contrast pretty high and if I bring in the blacks it darkens the background again. I think the photo is kind of stuck due to my editing capabilities.

A lot of my original shots lack contrast. Is there any particular reason why? Can someone elaborate on this?
