Default '04 WRX wagon wheel and tire fitment?

I have a set of 17x7 wheels with an offset of 51. My Wrx wagon is bone stock, no suspension mods, etc. Will a 225/45/17 fit? How about a 205/45/17? I am hoping to buy tires today but I want to make sure they fit! Thanks!

I have that size with a 48 offset and suspension mods- so I think they should be alright. forget 205, if you are nervous go 215.

Thanks for your response! I searched until I was blue in face trying to make sure they fit...not many run that offset and width!

Went ahead with the 225/45/17. I was nervous and would have purchased the 215/45/17 but they, nor anyone, had the only tire I will run in stock. Just finished installing the wheels and tires on the car and I am glad I went with the 225s! Fits like it was made for it! Clean and simple, just perfect for a daily driver.
