I disagree, sure the numbers look good, but will any reliability be there. Lots of big number subies on there 2nd or 3rd rebuild or tranny.

Also for 8K I can buy a second car.

Yeah lets take a car made for cornering, give it way more power than it needs and race it in a straight line?!! What a waste!

Not against fun at all but honestly don't care much for straight line racing. More power doesn't always equate to funner. I've driven everything from big block Chevelles to a 90 Civic Si and have to say that I had way more fun in the low powered/nimble cars. Kudos to them for getting that much out of it just think it's overkill and a dragstrip is not the place this car was meant for.

Its no waste - I like to see these things - it give enthusiasts ideas and options. I just think the cost is too high, but I don't own a BRZ so it does not matter much.

Lol just because the turbo kit can support ~300whp doesn't mean you have to tune it for that power level. If you've driven a BRZ you know it handles amazing, but its seriously slow on the straights or hill climbing at full bore.

A Porsche Cayman S weighs only slightly more than a BRZ and makes ~300whp and no one says it ruins the car.

If I had a BRZ and this kit I'd tune it for ~270whp and call it day BEST CAR EVAR

Yes I agree that around 270-300 would be just fine. However I could be very content with the stock power as well. I just think 400 is a bit overkill and seeing the car on a dragstrip makes me die a little inside.

Yes it still handles well but is it worth spending 8-10K just to have more WHP.

I for one would rather spend less $$$ on Suspension Mod's and enjoy the car.

But its nice to give options to those that really are seeking more PWR from their Brz/FRS.

I totally understand where you are coming from. That being said, the kit is ~$7k installed/out the door if you're local, and definitely worth it.

There is one of our kits on a car at a Toyota dealership out in TX; not sure how far you are from Lewisville but if you're in the area...

Tell them we sent you.
