I like the STi fender garnish. I'm waiting for the installed photos.

EDIT: Looks like they went back to a pink color for those parts like the 04 STi, rather than the more red color of the later model years.

*laughs at Dom for a moment, but then slowly turns around to investigate for himself and discovers, to his horror, that Dom is correct!* Muther****! I didn't even notice. I don't think it's quite THAT pink, but it's not super red either.

Nice Chano. It's called cherry blossom so it could be red or pink. I wouldn't worry about it too much.

I was under the impression that cherry blossom is always pink though? Even cherry blossom red looks pink. Oh well. Ladies will swoon.

Haha my arm has both red and pink blossoms. Cherry blossom trees tend to have a more reddish appearance when first bloomed and fade as they die in the days after.

I believe Japan always kept the more pink color while marketing had to change it to red for the US because we view it as too feminine.

Well come to find out my brand new throw out Bearing from my brand new clutch was bad in kinda disappointed it only has about 2500 miles on it. Once I get it back I'll take some picks of it and post them up ended up going with a new OEM throw out bearing instead of the replacement ACT sent due to it will be covered under Subaru. ACT will warranty defective parts but will not warranty for labor :-( boo . Any ways glad she's will be back up and going again.

I put in the Diode Dynamics cupholder pieces months ago, but just now took a pic. Same company I got the STI WeatherTech inserts from.

I also installed the JDM tS black door handles, tS shifter surround, flat black passenger door lever, flat black HU surround, flat black passenger side dash trim and flat black automatic TC buttons. I didn't have enough time to installed tS knee pad garnishes, AC vent surrounds and driver's side door lever.

Yospeed's BRZ STI door sill was installed, but I didn't get a picture of that. You can see their STI heater control surround, though! Custom pieces.

The interior kinda drives me nuts with the varied colors of the trim pieces (chrome, red, flat black, gloss black and silver). I just wanted to try something different. It's temporary. Also I removed my HU trim, so there are gaps on either side, but at least the flat black JDM trim now sits flush on the dash. And I can't see the gaps at all when driving at night and during the day I'm paying attention to the road, so whatever.

Ported, polished and ceramic coated too…..headers will be ceramic coated as well. Nick will send shots and I will update as necessary.

I will put together a build thread once things are complete to document the car from stock in 2002 to now.

Appreciate all the congrats….things are about to really take off in my life.

Just getting started.

P.S. NICE CUP HOLDERS Chano. Couldn't you find some with LED lighting?
