Installed shifter pivot, shifter linkage, and rear shifter stay bushings... Already have short throw and the big round linkage bushings. I can't believe the world of difference. It's like brand new again. Recommend these bushings to everyone. Mine had 80k hard miles on them. Also got the rear diff bushing but haven't installed yet. I did install the rear diff outrigger bushings and trans cross member bushings. Feels good. Next on the list... Motor and tranny mounts. I have group N trans mount but I want a better one. I thoroughly enjoy my STi.

^^ Those mods, all the ones you listed, had one of the biggest effects on helping transform my car's feel. It was like a well grounded foundation upon which to build up the rest of the vehicle. Great choices. If more people started there, I think they'd be better off.

yeah i was impressed with the AVCS tuning, we went fairly aggressive in the 1500-4000 rmp ranges at mild to high load, added some fuel in that area also and the car woke up like none other. also pulled some avcs out of cruise area that the usdm ecus come out of the box with to see if it improves gas mileage.

Just got my jdm hood scoop from japanparts.com, but get this.... With the cheapest shipping option selected ($40) it only took 5 days to get here!! Total spent on the item including shipping $260. Absolutely crazy. I plan on ordering from them again soon.

Negative it came unpainted. Still a steal of a price specially with how quick shipping was.

Here is a picture of the scoop. ABS black with some scuffs that you can't see cause of the crappy phone photo.

Japanparts.com rules. I can't wait to start ordering parts from them left and right next year.

Hey so when you did the yakima roof rack mod how did you make the bases touch the roof of your car? Or could you send me a few pics of it on your car? I'm having a tough time figuring this out Haha. My number is (907) 232-7860
