Default AEM wideband failsafe install help

I'm trying to install an AEM wideband failsafe gauge and I've run into a bit of a speedbump. I've got everything hooked up and installed except for the RPM/Tach wire which from what I found on other posts and sites is at plug B134 pin 23. Well, it looks like I don't have that pin on that plug. The plug in the picture is from the small box under the carpet on the passenger side and it is the lower plug of the four. Am I looking at the correct plug or is there something I'm over looking? Any help pointing me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated! Oh, this is on a 2007 STI.
