It's a nice car, I still remember the days on Northern Lights when you had your son out wiping the dust off with microfiber cloths lol

Yup. That's how I felt with the RS.

Actually, the Nokia is something you should look into Chano. The girl had a Focus WP7 like yours prior to the her new Nokia. The Nokia is almost like a bigger iPhone running WP7, with it's fit and finish. Would be interesting what changes WP8 will have.

While MS hasn't made huge breakthrough's, I do think they have made a calculated stab. The layout is clean, uncluttered, easily navigable, offering seamless syncing with Zune program, and embracing those prefering iTunes by offering an application so teh WP7 can sync seamlessly with that as well. Something I have found difficult to find for the Android brethern.

As I tend to keep my phones longer than a couple years, I'd prefer them be durable and upgradeable/updateable. This is what "bugs" me when I read about the Android OS.
Thanks for that. I'll definitely check it out some more. When you first mentioned it recently I looked up the specs and thought it to be nice. Very anxious for WP8.

Yeah, I want them BECAUSE they're not light and a simple design. I KIND of don't want them now that you have them, but whatever. That's just me being a brat.

Well, we thought a mod was going to come through and do our October Ride of the Month, but nothing ever happened and I got too caught up with life recently to contact a mod. I think it's Ferg? Anyways, I guess it's also fine to take a break for the moment since things were getting kind of crazy there for a bit. Some new rules are being developed for future PotM, trying to make things more fair and people more accountable for their entries.

I think for November I'll pick something original. Kind of like a restart. People also weren't always thrilled about coming up with themes.

That's a lot of work to prep to paint some wheels.

Why not just take them off the car?

I didn't want to take them off the car, even one at a time, plus we had time and I thought it would be fun. Also, it gives you guys something to talk about.

hahaha! Well, technically it WAS getting dark, because they were getting wet, but they weren't getting sparkly! To myself I was thinking, "Where the hell are my sparkles?!" I almost forgot about that, though. Thanks! haha

You guys ever check out www.steepandcheap.com ?

I have scored some awesome deals in the last few weeks.

Just a few of the items I have picked up...
Redington CPX-4 8wt 4pc fly rod for $135 - retails $299
Korker Wading Boots for $85 - retail for $199
Osprey Raptor 14 Hydration Pack for $53 - Retails for $99

And they ship USPS Priority Mail too. They'll also hold your order for up to 7 days so you can combine to really save on shipping.

The wife has found quite a few nice deals too.

Be careful - it can be addictive.

Suggestions on where to get wheels powder coated? May just standard paint or plastidip the winter set but want to see what cost may be. (If you know a general price as well please post)

Chano recommended someone but I've already forgotten the name.

I can think of Advanced Powdercoating for one.

There is also Anchorage Custom Powdercoating.

And Precision Powdercoating
