Default Wheel fitment issues on 2011 hatch

I have a 2011 2.5i hatch. I currently run 17x9 +42 grids with 235/40/17 tires lowered on raceland coils and I'm pretty flush but don't rub at all.

I found a set of 18x9.5 +35 rota boost 2s with 255/35/18 tires.

I'm trying to figure out If they will be too wide but I'm not sure. If someone could help me out I would really appreciate it

That setup will rub on a widebody WRX at some points. Draw your conclusion from that.

Your econobox will have a turning circle only slightly better than an aircraft carrier's.
