I wish they would have dropped a dual variable cam/DI version of the 3SGTE in this thing instead of a flat 4. However, its doing well, and Im as excited as everyone else. |

I dunno much about turbocharged engines, but from what I do know...taking an N/A 2.0 and getting those numbers seems...extraordinary. Does anyone know (again, noob here) if any other cars/engines N/A have had such good outcomes? You guys are talking about the 4G63 Mitsubishi engines earlier in the thread...after googling them...are you referring to the ad hoc turbo'd engines or N/A engines that are turbocharged later? Sorry, dumb questions.
Edit...wops, didn't read the whole thread carefully enough. I see that the 4G63 is turbocharged. |

They had an updated slip at 12.3@121mph.
60' was only a 2.22, my guess is the car doesn't have slicks... |

Ah, yes. Just looked some of that up. (Right here, for anyone interested). I guess they respond well and are still pretty reliable with a lot of boost. I've been told that Honda engines are just about as perfectly balanced as engines get, and with rock solid mostly forged internals...I guess that's no surprise that they do well with boost.

I'm no expert drag racer but shouldn't the trap be higher given the power to weight?
