Default Gas tank pressure P0453 CEL

Been getting this CEL recently.

When it does come on, the gas cap opens like a soda bottle and refuses to fill up, usually on a hot summer day. It usually goes away if i drive around a couple times after the sun goes down

Took it to the dealer and they replaced the fuel sensor/inspected the evap system but that didn't fix it. Will be taking her up there again soon but does anyone have any ideas?

If your car is on the older side, a new gas cap might be in order.

Don't bad caps normaly not hold pressure rather then a build up of pressure?

That would make more sense, I guess.
