Default Anyone I can send my lights to to get a retrofit?

I am not confident in doing it myself to be honest. Is there a company or a person I can send my stock 2012 lights to to get a retrofit done?

or anyone in california I can drive to?

Or get one of these and do it yourself since there's no cutting involved. http://www.theretrofitsource.com/pro...roducts_id=254
I would do the retrofit for you if you were closer but you're all the way in Cali.

There's no cutting or anything involved?

Is there a step by step installation guide anywhere?

If you email the retrofit source, I'm pretty sure they can guide you the right way. Those guys are the best at customer service. I've dealt with them time and time again and I have not a single complaints about them.

Are there any pics of wrx's with this retro kit in them? I've found a couple, but would like to see more.

Depends on the car. The kit can come with either the Mini D2S or the Mini H1. I have the Mini D2S on my sports premium and I love it. Email them to make sure which projectors will come with kit for your car. I've seen Mini H1 performance as well, and its pretty darn good.

If you're not in a terrible hurry for an improvement, I second the DIY retrofit route. HID planet forum has a lot of useful information, and there are a few nasioc members there as well. Some of the responders in this thread are there as well.

the retroquick system from TRS is a bolt in plate that makes is very easy to attached your new projectors in your old housing

+1 to DIY & HidPlanet (ps it is fun seeing the same people on nasioc & hidplanet)

however Lightwerkz & TheRetrofitSource do great work

I don't know why you'd want a retrofit, Halogens are clearly better.

Where are you in CA, I'd help you if you're close.

Why don't we compare then? Sounds like an easy way to settle this.

Like I said, I'd help you with the retrofit.

Its very easy. Do it yourself or it becomes very expensive for someone else to do it

^this. It is not all that complicated, especially with a bolt on kit like the one from TRS for your car. It can get addictive too but you know better that us what you feel comfortable with. Like others said, look at the retrofit threads here and on hidplanet to get a picture of the work to do, electrical and "mechanical".
