Default 04 wrx fog light install help!

hello all. i own an 04 sti and i just got a great deal on some 04 wrx fogs, problem is they didnt come with the upper bracket, which i found out after i got home, I do have the lower bolts that go through the bumper. i have done tons of searching on here and google and cant find my answer.

question: if i install the fogs using only the bottom bolts with that cause any problems with them moving or bracking my bumper.

Has anyone done this or had this same problem.
thanks in advance
-josh

UP!!!

i wanna know as well!
I just picked up a kit of wrx fogs for my 04.. and after installing (without bracket) I'm getting a gap between the fog light and the bezel...

Is this normal? Anyone with fogs on their 04-05 got any close up pics?

called subaru to get a price on the bracket and they quotes $22.94/each. Dont wanna dish out 45$ if this isnt going to fix the gap.
