Default Bearing press

So, we're moving into an old lab (bioengineering) and they left a bunch of stuff they said we could have. The one thing that caught my eye was a 25 ton bearing press. You know, bottle jack set to press down with accompanying blocks. It stands abou 4 ft. I'd like to have this, no one else wants it. I haven't had to press a bearing in 15 yrs but its free. I need to justify this to put in the garage. Any other uses you can think of?

Maybe benefits. Press that bearing for a beer. No... Two

Bushings, wheel bearings, KONI inserts, little kids fingers...

Wheel bearing in a axle hub could be the main purpose

I've debated a 20-ton press (not free though). If you have a big enough garage, take it. For me, space is at a premium and it's not a must have tool.

EDIT: Just realized this is a 3 month old question
