Default Stroked EJ22T, PT5857 turbo WRX

Event: virtual dyno
Location: Southeast
Ambient Temp: 75 degrees
Elevation: 500ft
Weather: Humid
Car: 2002 usdm wrx
Tuner: fastblueufo
Dyno Info: virtul dyno 440 Peak HP at RPM: 387 tq at RPM
Hp for stock car:
Target AFR:
Fuel: Straight e85
Engine/Power Modifications: ej22t stroked 79mm, ej205 heads, bc280 cams, manley crank and rods, pt5857 turbo, pte 1250cc injectors, duel walbro's, tgv deletes, ppg tranny

This is just a preliminary tune on conservative timing and conservtive afr. The motor only has 600 miles on it atm. I was really surprized by this turbo. I really didn't think this turbo was 500 hp capable but it is. The hp figures are probably a little low because I couldn't compensate for the taller ppg ger ratio, and my car with two people prol weighs more than 3385 lbs with all the amps speakers and other misc stuff. But its dyno numbers so whatever. I know this thing hauls ass and that's what counts right.

what type of IDC are you running at 440whp?

This thing should be a lot of fun with more boost/rpm

Anything done to the heads besides the cams?

I did use airboy Ron. But virtual dyno makes my balls feel bigger lol.
one thing about airboy is the graph shot up at the upper end of the graph. Airboy doesn't clip the last few lines of data to get the graph to look normal.

I can send you logs and let you play with it for me.

Yeah it can look a little funky on 16bits on the topend.
If you want to be anal about it you're probably gonna have to go into the log and delete any dual time stamped lines and play with the smoothing.

And if you're using fast polling turn it off

My IDC is 74%. But im running a rich afr for me being on E85. I still have plenty of room for more boost. Actually I think my dual pumps are starting to over run my stock fpr when my second pump cuts on. As I raise boost my afr is dropping more than normal even though my ipw hasnt changed . Oh well. Bigger injectors for free...

Heads were lightly ported on the intake side but only to match the gasket. I didnt port down in the ports past where the airsplitter is located. Stock valves with bc stage 1 springs and thats it.

Ill play with it when I get time. I do all my dyno pulls with rr version 5.0. The last revision before they added fast poll. Its the only version that logs decent for road dyno. Even the new version seems to log at a slower rate with no fast poll than the older version. I can turn off fast poll and get way less lines than I do if I use a version that doesnt have fast poll.

Did you have to do the number 5 thrust bearing conversion, or was the "ej22t stroked 79mm" straight drop in without any conversion? I just checked on 6 Star Speed "http://www.6starspeed.com/suej79mmbicr.html" and it looks like I can order the crank with Main Bearing - Thrust on #3. Is that what you did?
