So far almost everything that has been announced has been available on inferior phones for almost a year +.

Info cards? Google Now.
Sharing Tabs between desktop and phone? Chrome.
Panaroma: Almost every android phone for the last couple of years.
Turn by Turn navigation: Google Maps for almost 3 years.

on a serious note, it looks like most of the nice new features are actually in iOS6 so a cheap 4s is looking better by the minute.
