Default Normal electrical draw 02 wrx

Kind of an odd question, but does anyone now what the normal draw is for an 02 wrx? Last winter I had my battery go dead a few times. After testing the batt I know its good, so I put a meter in line between the positive batt clamp and the post and start pulling fusses. When I pull the 3rd fuse (powered door lock) the draw drops dramatically. Leave fuss out and dead batt problem goes away. Since I can just lock the door on my own that has not been an issue, but that circuit also controls the rear window defroster, and dash lights. With winter coming back, thats going to be an issue. So trying to fix the problem but I just don't know what the car is supposed to draw in its normal state. Right now, with all fusses in it draws 14.5 mA and with the door lock fuse pulled it draws 7 mA. Does that sound right?
