Default Radio, clock, and a/c blower coming on intermittently?

So I have an aftermarket radio (Pioneer AppRadio) and the other day I unplugged my iPhone (which gets charged by the radio) while the radio was on to answer a call. Suddenly the radio, clock and A/C blowers stopped working. I pulled the radio, clock, and blower fuses and they all looked good. Put them back in and everything came back on as if I disconnected and reconnected the battery (i.e. the clock needed to be set to the appropriate time and the radio came on as if it was booting up for the first time)
So I headed back on my way home and maybe 5-10 mins later it all shut off again, but then came back on within a minute or 2. Then this morning I start the car, everything is fine but the radio, clock, etc. shuts off in about the first 2 mins of driving and stays off for the duration of my trip (~30mins). Then when I get back in the car it starts up again but shuts off in 2 mins and stays off for about 25 mins when it then suddenly comes back to life. So I'm pretty confused as to whats happening here, any ideas??

It's also worth mentioning that the head unit has been in the car for almost a year now and I have never experienced any of these issues until yesterday. It also isn't coming on or going off when I hit a bump or something like that, so I wouldn't say this is a loose wire problem. I think it has to do with me unplugging the iPhone while the radio was on cause thats the moment this issue began.

Thanks in advance for any help!!

I'd say get the alternator checked as well as the battery.

You are periodically losing power and then it fixes itself and you don't think it's a loose connection? The only other explanation is that your system is demon possessed.

haha well..maybe it is But I say it's not a loose connection because the second I unplugged my iPhone, that's when everything shut down and this problem arose. So it has to be something with that...

Could a defective radio somehow cause my clock and a/c blower to shut down periodically??

Not likely, you should blow a fuse first. I know that the clock and the radio share power, not sure about the blower. Remember to check the grounds as well as the 12 volt power, something is loose.

Glad you appreciate my sarcasm

Sir, sarcasm is my second language ok I'll take it out and check the ground and power though I feel for some reason still something else causing it. But guess I can't rule things out until I test right?

After looking at some service data I suggest you get a test light probe and use it to check for power on fuses 4,9,14,and 15 while the problem is occurring. Those fuses tie to the ACC power of the ignition switch which is also ON with the key in the RUN position. The switch contacts may be intermittent. Along with the things you mentioned the mirrors and wipers are on those power circuits so if they also don't work, then the trouble is most likely with the ignition switch contacts.

Next time it goes out, test other things and make a note of what all electrically is not working, air, lights, mirrors ect. And when it starts back up check all the items that went out.
