Default Fog lights wired to Cruise switch

OK I have a MY99 GC8 with HID H4 hi/lo in my car the problem is if I want to high beam someone to either give them the right of way or simple alert them, then during the day when my headlights are off they either ain`t visible in the sunlight or take too long to heat up. So what I do is flick the fog lights on and off attempting to not lock the switch on the `on` position.

I have recently fitted a MY05 steering wheel which has a cruise control stalk on it, and I want to some how wire the switch (circled in red) to my fog light switch ( which has five or so wires) so that when I pull on the stalk the foggies come on.

I pulled the switch apart and came up with this?

SWITCH

WIRES

So anyone any idea or help would be muchly appreciated!!

It's a multiplexing switch, where each setting creates a different combination of resistors within the input circuit for the control unit. To do what you want, the switch will need to be seriously cannibalized. In principle, it's doable, with a relay.
