Default updated the firm ware on my ap v2 now the ap won't work details inside plz look

i just put a new turbo and a couple of mods in my 07 wrx. i updated the firmware on my apv2 and loaded a new map on there. when i plug the ap into my car it goes to the first white screen and flashes. if i turn the key to the on position the access port won't even turn on. my car is stuck without this retune and i can't have my car down for very long. anybody run into a problem like this and know any solutions? i called cobb and they suggested maybe a corrupted file on it, other than that ill have to send it to cobb for them to fix it, and i really don't have time to do this.

I don't know what steps they walked you through already, but I would at least download the latest version of AP Manager 2.0 (link below), install, re-boot and attempt the firmware update again (make sure not to unplug the AP too early - wait until the AP itself has rebooted). If AP Manager doesn't recognize the AP, then you likely will have to send it in. I would give our customer service a call again on Monday if that is the case - they have may have some options to rush the process.

What mods did you install and what map is on the car currently? Depending on what they are, there is a chance that you might be able to drive very conservatively on the current map. If this is not a possibility (say different injectors were installed), you could try to flash a realtime map via the AccessTUNER Race software before you send the AP back, if the map you need is not a locked protuned map. That should be good enough to allow you to drive (also conservatively) until you get your AP back. This may or may not work depending on what the problem with the AP is. Here's link to request a free copy of AccessTUNER Race (for v2 AP users):
