you need to haver it look more aggressive i think, especially the part that attaches to the side of the bumper. also the part that go around the exhaust i think need to be less square and more angled to match the rest of the bumper, notice how on the varis they are more angled thus giving it a more aggressive look. from the side profile it doesn't exactly look like much to me. something is still missing and i can't put my finger on it.

go more for this type of look?

i know this is an s2000, but i feel like this type of diffuser would look amazing on our car.

this is what it looks like (its upside down)

see how the varis has an extra canard to give it a more aggressive look?

lastly it goes nicely from the rear. but maybe have it flow up the bumper on the side also? to match the bottom line kit maybe?

i think you need to make it more substancial than the one you have for the hatch, the one for hte hatch just seems like thin plastic you know? give it more thickness like the 205 rear diffuser for the hatch, it's thick but still made of plastic.

but i'm excited to see this finish, finally something that wont cost an arm and a leg.

I agree to make the diffuser more aggressive. It would be nice if we dont need to put screws on the middle part that is closer to the edge of the bumper

Going off calculations, we are hoping the price to be around $300 - $350

Why not instead of having to use clips and screws into the bumper you use the same bracket design as the r205 rear diffuser? They bolt to the rear bumper beam and come down. Would be ideal installation, no?

We may also be making a R205 diffuser for sedan

Hmmmm when will this R205 sedan duffuser happen ?
I am now wondering if I should wait for that .

Also since you reused to firs gen duffuser section in the middle will it still have the same mounting points ?

I don't want to hve to drill through my trunk again .

Thanks for the quick replies also .

And so this item is in production then how long till we can see a actual mounted part ?

I know the owner of smy so I guess if I have to get it through him no problem .

Do you have a Canadian seller yet ?

This looks promising but I don't like the way it attaches to the rear part of the bumper. I don't like how there are so many fasteners required in a spot where they are visible from behind The way the Varis one mounts looks much more appealing where the diffuser is attached to the bumper rails and the fasteners are hidden from view. Just my opinion.

I also think the gap between the exhaust should be smaller...Otherwise looks good

Those of us with aftermarket stuff will fill that hole out very nicely

Aren't those aftermarket in the pic Ivan? I kind of agree that the cut outs should be a little tighter

We are designing to fit with most aftermarket exhaust systems, the ones pictured are probably smaller than stock.

Maybe its just me...maybe...but I feel like there should be a third fin in the middle section. Also I know it is a rough mock up, but the exhaust holes are way to big IMO...those holes will fit anything aftermarket with room to spare, I'm all about aftermarket...but damn...tighten that **** up a little bit...haha

I think a 3rd fin would be nice as well, although I think the muffler tip spacing is perfect for a universal fit given everything that is available.

This is pic of exhaust system on the donor car....

This is standard exhaust system............

As you can see, we can not make the gap any smaller, as standard exhaust would sit about central.
