Question dumb warranty question

Will installing subwoofers void my warranty? I told you it was a dumb question.

well that kind of depends on what goes worng. let say you ran 1000w RMS and killed your alternator. i can safely tell you thats not covered. but if your breaks were to screw up than its covered because it has nothing to do with electrical. its mostly comon sense. but in real life if your alternator did go bad i would take all your stereo stuff out and return it to stock and act like you don't know what happened. you didn't hear that from me

a warranty cannot be legally voided unless the dealer can prove that your modification caused whatever failure occured.

So 2 400watt rockfords and a 400 watt amp would be harmless right?
