Cool Finally finished sub install!

Ok as some people saw a the post long time ago about my 10" sub installed in the sidepanel, well i finally finished it tonight.
So what do you all think?

I think there is a hole in your panel. Looks good, you need a grill or something though.

looks good. a few questions though. what type of enclosure did you use, and actual anclosure or the expanding foam method? how does it sound? i was running into the same problem that you did with the fact that most the woofer was behind the side panel. how did you do the grill? it looks like you didnt cut the side panel, just layed some vinyl on over the insert area, am i correct? if you could get some behind panel pics of the install that would be cool. do you have a 10" on each side or just the one? i think i am finished now, talk to you later.

doesn't rattle on the inside but the V5 replica spoiler rattles somewhat on the outside

What i did is i used the expanding foam to make the enclosure and then i put a piece of MDF on to the metal part then i cut out the Little checkerd part and cut the hole in it then recovered it with vinyl and then reattached it back to the oanel using Fiberglass. Did that help?

my friend drives a green 2000 forester and has the BEST POSSIBLE SETUP for his subs..

he has 2 12" subs built into his wheel well w/ amplifier and capacitor and everything in there...

it bumps so frikken hard...he has steel grates going over the subs so u can sit on top of them and put stuff on there

tytest setup in the world
