yes it will. Odds of bad bearings? fairly high if you are getting a front clip.... REPLACE EVERYTHING waterpump, t-belt, timing belt idlers..... What year motor?

If you mean using the shortblock, yes it will bolt up. Use head gaskets that match the shortblock thickness wise.
