So first off I have searched and read stuff from here and over on Rom Raider Forums.
I am running a 2007 2.5i MT. My first question, Is MAF scaling necessary, I am running a hybrid intake per williaty's post in the NA forum? If it is not necessary will MAF benefit me in any way? Yes I realize I will need a Wideband o2 for OL MAF Scaling. I'm looking at the innovate LC-1. http://www.titanmotorsports.com/dbkitblelco2.html Can anybody comment on its compatibility with RomRaider, I notice in RomRaider that it simple says Innovate Wideband AFR? My second question pertains to the CL/OL Delay, I zeroed out the delay, and now i experience very jerky driving at light throttle, say cruise around town. Can this be fixed by modifying the DBW throttle scaling? For example if i make it a more linear relationship(throttle opening vs. pedal angle)will this smooth out the jerky driving. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

change your cl/ol delay to 100 and see if it helps.

Ok so i increased my delay to 125, this helped with the jerky driving for a little bit, but I soon discovered that when I let of the throttle in gear(engine break) I immediately jump into open-loop fueling. I can't seem to figure out why this is happening. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you |

Should be in dfso... Watch your injectors pulsewidths when you do that. I bet they are 0.

So after a day off logging the smallest value that I found for the for either injector pulsewidths is 0.768. Which I assume is close enough to zero since its measured in ms?

If your AFR isn't where it should be, then the MAF table is the first thing you should use to try to fix that. Opinions differ about the delays. If it causes a problem, then put them back to stock. If the problem is gone, then consider reducing them until the problem crops up, then increase them until the problem is gone. Bam, you found the sweet spot for them. ![]() |

Thank you NSFW for the response. I am working on getting my delay correct to stop the jerky driving.
