In short its going to cost you money to get them to fit. If you are ok with that then go for it. Last edited by Improbus; 09-19-2012 at 10:32 PM. |

heeellll NO you can't. my buddy fit these….
![]() Those are 235/40's! What you WILL need: Coilovers adjustable rear lower control arms a roll slight pull in the rear stretched tires lots of camber to be OK with rubbing a ****load. period. The problem with going for the 18x10 +38 is the inboard clearance….there aint enough room to run a properly sized tire. |

yeah and with the paint quality of the 08+ I hope you know an awesome place that can pull them without cracking the paint or know a shop that includes a refinish in the pull job.

So figure around 3K to get them to fit if you don't do any of the work. Last edited by Improbus; 09-19-2012 at 10:55 PM. |

I'm running 18x9.5" +38's with a 245/40R18. Coilovers and a rear roll. Now look at the picture below. a +18 is going to stick out an additional +20mm past where my wheels sit. That is almost another inch. You are going to be flush. ![]() |

they poke out of even GR fenders. but like we've said.....you can definitely do it, but its going to take time and money to get there. you are going to rub like crazy....so thats another thing to factor. if you (and your family) can deal with that. |

Honestly if you are this new to wheel fitments you really don't need more than a 9" wheel. 18x9 +40 xd9s will fit very easily and allow for a larger tire. |
