Default 2002-2003 WRX recall on gas leak in cold weather

I currently live in NH and the past couple days it has been below zero, every time I get in my car it smells of gas bad. I have heard that there was a recall for the 2002 wrx fuel line but I am not sure how to go about getting this fixed... Help??

Check your dealer. In London Ontario Canada i took my wrx
to the dealer and they did the recall. No PROBLEM and i'm
not the original owner. [2002 wrx]
Good Luck

Drag yourself to your local dealership and ask for them to fix it.

Does anyone have any info on non wrx imprezas leaking fuel? We live in Montana and our 2002 hatchback leaks really bad when it gets cold. I was trying to search and find a way to fix it but I only get results for the wrx recall.

Dealership said it was the fuel lines but I am not sure exactly which ones and I would like to fix it myself.
