Default 2014 Subaru BRZ STI

Browsing around and came across this:

http://www.topspeed.com/cars/subaru/...-ar127134.html

and this:

http://www.caranddriver.com/news/sub...ept-auto-shows

"No turbo" looks to be the rumor for the BRZ STI with Subaru saying that there is no room for a turbo or an intercooler in the engine bay, (while things like this: http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show....php?t=2382816 are happening) which is a bit disappointing but I suppose good in a way that the wrx and sti owners can still have fun with them.

I kind of like that it's going to be NA. 250hp @ 2600-2700 lbs (I believe I've read they're going to shed some weight, possibly with lightweight bucket seats, CF hood + roof, and some other stuff). Sure turbos are great, and the torque they provide is awesome, but a turbo can't beat the response of a lightweight NA.

I know as soon as they're officially announced I'll be preordering one, and start looking into selling the STi I have now. I'll be ordering an automatic one at that ..... I know, but when you have a bad left knee, having to worry about not being able to drive my car because I can't use the clutch.... not so fun.

Anyways... if the concept is any clue as to how the finished product will look (minus the silly mirrors obviously), the wide body will make this one of the better looking cars on the road.
