Hi, I had a open source tune, now its running wierd.

I just got a AP for the ease of a tune. Once my car runs right, I want to unmarry it and sell it. Does umarrying the AP take off the map? If so, is there a way I can make sure the map stays on the car? Thanks.

If you uninstall the AccessPORT, you will remove the map that the AccessPORT installed (and which you further tuned). The version 2 AccessPORT, when uninstalled, will restore the ECU to the original image that was on there before you installed. The older (discontinued) version 1 AccessPORT will put a stock map back on the ECU when uninstalled, regardless of what was on there before.

Thanks for clearifying this to me. I guess there is no way to keep the map then :/
