Find the make and model of the machine.

Use the google box to find the operating manual.

Use more lube.

The manufacturer's website will probably have some videos on whatever model you have.

PS: If you don't give necessary information, or don't even try to find the answer yourself, you really shouldn't complain when people give you ****.

When you don't say "I searched but couldn't find anything" we have to assume that you didn't.
Plus, I'm calling BS on it anyway because I found a bunch of videos on YouTube in about 5 seconds. None specifically about whatever machine you have because you haven't told us what it is.

do you know how to mount a normal tire? its the same thing except when you do the top lip on the tire instead of just using the head of the machine to get the tire to seal use 2 tire irons one right in front of the head and one about 90 degrees behind it. push down on the tire and walk around with the tire as it rotates to keep it pushed down. if you dont do that you might damage the rim or the tire. its pretty easy though

Having another person helping you makes it way easier. I do a lot of tire changes at work and will only get a few low profile tires. They suck really bad next to big truck tires and TPMS sensors. It's so hard. I rather do regular cars with 50 and up series tires. LOL. If you have another person helping you, it's much easier or if you have a tire machine that is really nice, it would be easier too. You could start by letting the tire sit out in the sun or in a car so it could get hot and soft. It will be more flexible that way instead of hard and stiff. Try not to use too much lube, too much will cause the tire to slip off. Hope this kind of helps. I can't really explain it but I could show you. Get a helping hand, extra tire iron (or pry bar), and let the tire get soft. Hope this kind of helps.
