Default Custom Borg Warner ROTATED PIPING KIT

I've designed and built a custom rotated kit based on a Borg Warner Airwerks 7670 (S200SX-56). It was built on a 02' Bugeye, and will fit 02'-07' wrx and STI's. I've also confirmed fitment on swapped 93'-01' Impreza, swapped BD and BG Legacy, and an 07' Forester. I made a jig to build a couple extra for some friends of mine, but a couple backed out... So I'm selling them so I'm not out the money.

The turbo can be purchased new for $699 and can be ordered with the following three hp ratings:

44lb = 440hp: S200sx-RS-50

47lb = 470hp: S200sx-RS-51

58lb = 580hp: S200sx-RS-56 (This one made 475whp on 20 psi and pump gas with a built 2.5 liter)

This kit also made 540whp on another car with a larger Garrett turbo, so the diameter of tubing will work for a lot of H.P. goals out there.

They all have the same turbine wheel which is the same aero as the new EFR turbos, but is just not made of the fancy Gama-Ti material. The turbine housing is a T3 inlet with either a .63 or .82 A/R and can be ordered either 3" v-band or 4 bolt oulet, but you should order it 3" v-band since that is what my kit uses, and I would recommend the .63 since the housings run bigger than Garretts. The compressor housing is 3" inlet and 2" outlet. The turbo is Oil cooled, so no more water lines! Just an oil feed line and a drain hose.

The turbo can be purchased from AGP turbo. The three I have listed is a genuine Borg Warner center section and compressor housing with one of AGP's Turbine housings to make it single scroll, as these are all twin scroll originally from Borg Warner.

Here is the 47lb S200sx-RS-51
http://www.agpturbo.com/borg-warner-...-turbocharger/

The kit includes an 2" diameter up-pipe, 3" down-pipe and dump tube for the wastegate. The up-pipe is 2 bolt factory style bottom flange - T3 top flange - and flanged for 44mm v-band Tial wastegate, but can be used with any wastegate that uses the 44mm v-band Tial style flange. The whole kit is made of 16 gauge, 304SS. The up-pipe flanges are 1/2" thick, and there is a nice stainless flex section in the up-pipe, and at the end of the down-pipe to help it easily bolt up to the cat back. The down pipe length is to the stock catback location.

Here are some fitment pictures to show turbo location and wastegate position ect. These are early mock-up/development pics.

Nicely centered from all it's surrounding, and can run IC piping under the manifold if wanted.

Good quality welds throughout!

Fitment on my swapped 97' Legacy GT and another way of routing the IC piping if you choose.

DP has an o2 bung and a bracket to bolt to the factory tranny hanger.

The up-pipe has two nice braces that bolt to the factory up-pipe bracket location.

The piping kit will be $900. So for the piping and a brand new turbo you are at ~$1500. Then buy an oil line and an intake to suite your setup, and you're rotated! That is a way better price than ~$3000 to $4000 for most other kits on the market!!!

Shipping will be actual shipping charges. If you want to calculate it, you can do it at UPS online. Box dimensions 48 x 24 x 12, and weight is 25lbs. FYI, it was an average of $50 to $85 depending on a few zip codes I tried.

I also have one kit with a different down-pipe that will allow the use of a Garrett turbo with the newer style 3" 4-bolt turbine housing. That friend of mine changed his mind and went with a v-band housing instead.

Please PM me if interested, and DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS THREAD to keep it neat and tidy!

Thanks!

Garris

Responded to PM's, and NO I'm not building twin scroll up-pipes, or custom stuff for everybodys unique situation. I have what is listed in the first post, they are already built, and that's what I'm selling. If that is what you are interested in, PLEASE SEND ME A PM.

Thanks!

Also, I have great communication, and excellent packing skills. Check my feedback and buy with confidence!

Bump for back purged welds, and O.C.D attention to detail! Quality made in the USA, Rathgibson stainless tubing. Don't buy crap from China!

Here you can see the hose keeping the inside of the tubing filled with Argon. This ensures the strongest welds and the inside is all smooth with no "sugaring" or crusty stuff.

Thanks for looking!

I just wanted to say that I got my parts in very quickly and they look awesome. Everything was packed extremely well. A lot of thought and care went into the production and shipment of this kit. Absolutely, hands down the best communication I've ever had from a seller. Every day for over a week I sent him a laundry list of questions and he answered them all in detail. I took a bunch of pics of the kit if anyone is interested.

I also have a rotated kit built by morrocco88 and I back the product 100 % in the craftmanship quality but don't have any experience with fitment just yet. But considering they were all made of the same specs I do not think there will be any fitiment issues big enough to get irrate about.

Pics available to those questioning the buy or not.

Thanks again morrocco88.
