Sorry, but that looks terrible. I do like the white calipers behind the black wheels.

I kind of like the look of this panda STI reminds me of my Evo RS. There are some parts though where you went a little overboard with the panda theme.

I know. I was just excited to see what the plastidip would do and its holding up well on the exhaust and calipers.

Just all the mixed matched parts. The gas door, scoop, trunk, side skirts, fog covers and the pasti-dip on the tails makes it look cheap. I get that you're going for a theme, but this is just my chitty opinion.

Won't last long on the calipers the muffler should be good for awhile
I agree that the fuel door looks like a salvage off another car , hey you can always peel it off . Other than that it's pretty cool looking

My spt exhaust has been dipped for over a year and still looks great. I did it to tone down the flashiness of the car... Still flashy but at least theres no chrome bells sticking out.

Thanks man. I'm going to paint the gas door back white. Maybe the fogs to and leave the rest as is.

I think you did a good job, and the color mix match is really, my only critiscsm is the petrol flap, that is the only thing that I would change back to white.

I hope the calipers last for you, I don't think they will stand up to the heat for too long and might be a mess to remove when the dip melts. On the side of caution I would remove the dip and use caliper paint, the white looks awesome on the calipers though especially with the black wheels, but i think caliper paint is needed

My wife and I dipped the bumpers and the cladding on her 02 Forester. Went from a faded grey to black. Then it got T-boned and written off...plastidip still looked good.

That sucks man. Good to see the dip held up though. Hope everything gets fixed without you paying a lot.

That's horrible hopefully no one was hurt

I removed my plasti dip recently. I had added Rust-Oleum clear coat which made it much easier to clean. I know most have concern about removing plasti dip after applying normal clear coat. I did use a lot of coats I 5 or 6 white and 4 pearlizer so it was really thick.

During Removal

Still have to remove my wheels to get the lug nut holes. Also some areas had to remove with my finger nails. But i was happy with the results.

No injuries from the accident. Thanks to Subaru for building solid cars. We were paid out and it's gone now. The estimate was $6500 in damage.
