So, my car is throwing FOURTY ONE codes...Can anyone guess what the problem would be? It's driving just fine. Nothing seems to be unhooked

Holy crap. That's amazing. My guess is ECU or wiring harness, but it's a bad guess. Good luck in fixing it.

..wow, did you try resetting the ecu and driving around for a little to see if some/all come back up?

It could be a voltage problem. Check the cables and the alt.

current. As I said above, I reset the ecu, and they came back a couple miles later. Car is completely stock, no modifications.

Check battery voltage as well, could be bad battery.
