its been a long time seens ive been on here or even seen my sti but im work season will be done here soon and ill be able to finish up the car and have a few more things to buy. the turbo is still my big debate. this is 100% a play toy car, not a DD car.
engine mods are: mahle forged pistons eagle rods new sti treated crank alc race bearing ported heads (stock size vavles) ported intake manifold ported throttle body large TMIC 3 inch intake and maf 1200cc injectors on E85 300lh fuel pump stage 4 clutchmaster el headers with 2 inch up pipe 3 inch downpipe hks with 3 inch magnaflow exhaust tgv delete i maybe missing stuff but thats most of it. ok so im trying to build just a super fun are to drive (car has many chassis and suspension upgrades aswell). im looking to make somewhere in the 400-450 whp out of her with the best response possilbe. im setup for a stock location turbo so that limites it alittle but this is really what im looking at. atp gtx 3071 atp gt 3076 blouch 1.5xtr blouch 2.5xtr something else? really i want to stay ball bearing. let me know what you think.

Blouch 1.5XTR seems like the best option of those. It will be big enough to max out your fuel system on E85, so going to one of the other (bigger) options you listed will just be increased lag and no more power (unless you redo your fuel). I have a very similar setup except with a Blouch 20G XTR (slightly smaller than the Dom1.5). It did 460+ WHP and 490+ WTQ on MAP's Dynojet with stock headers and stock catback. I have since added EL headers and single exit can exhaust so I'd expect it to do a little more. It would do 400-something on RS Motors Mustang dyno.

20G XTR, 1.5XTR, 2.5XTR, etc are all based on 30R cartridges with smaller wheels on them. My 20G XTR is running at 27psi peak and about 25psi at redline. A Dom 1.5XTR will perform very similarly, with a tad more top end.
