Default Headlamp lens - Where can I buy replacements?

Hey all. I think I've got some minor hazing on the inside of the lens; it causes the lens to glow a bit when the projectors are on. My friend who works with lights a lot told me theres no real way to clean them or re-finish the inside of the lens due to the type of coating used, and that I should just replace the headlamp entirely. Is there any way I could get away with just buying a replacement lens for less than the cost of the headlamp? Or is he wrong and there is a way to clean the inside of haze? I dont have a picture at the moment, but could get one if its useful. Car is a 2011 WRX.

minor hazing already? are you using oem bulbs? i'd take it to the dealer if everything is 100% oem. Because my headlights look brand new still after 3-4 years of ownership now

You should post a picture. How do you know it's the inside that's hazy and not the outside? Most cars I've seen are on the outside and it's pretty easy to fix.

I'll do that tonight then. I mean, I hope I'm wrong, but I haven't been able to clean it very well and it looks sort of irregular.
