ive been browsing craigs list for hoosiers and there are some sets out there for $200-$500.....

congrats, Nice job, great run. we have a similar settup but I've been stuck at the mid 12's. my weight is a bit more than yours though.

nice setup, i went 11.8 with mine at 115 a while back, similar mods, such a fun car to drive, stock block/stock trans and clutch too!

I browsed around a bit last winter in this area but could never find a full set

But I agree costs waaaay to much for a header no way they need to charge that much but all their stuff is over priced if you ask me

Any header that's not going to crack and has some R&D behind it is going to be $1200+. "eBay" has really ruined the market for headers. Not to mention there's like 10'+ of pipe in a Subaru header.

Because wrapping can trap moisture and this moisture can weaken the metal/tubing. This is a know fact when wrapping exhaust parts. Most companies (that have warranties) wont warranty your exhaust parts if you wrap them, due to this.

nice car sounds good with the straight cut gears. well put together man, fun for the whole family just staying at that power level cause its not too dangerous.

im coming for this record I ran last year an 11.99 with stock motor full bolt ons and e85 with the Stock 5spd trans and this year I went with sti trans so hopefully this coming weekend I will beat this but my hta68 has shaft play so im just guna run it and see how she goes.

Yes, Just a few times with stock manifold on the street tune though.
Working on getting my header repaired, I have the tubing and found a local place that will be able to mandrel bend it. Trying to get it together to push deeper before the tracks close.

This header has only been wrapped and used for track use, so I don't think moisture was really the issue this time, just a weak older used perrin that couldn't hang
