... I guess. Just gonna have to hide my screen when my phone's booting up lest people judge me.

... what's the little pink hat on the power bar in the notification pulldown? And how the hell do I stop this thing from downloading EVERY APP EVAR so that I can just retore with Titanium?

Ooooo USB fast charge. That officially made it completely worth it.

I don't like Nova Launcher any more. I tried it for about an hour and then went back to stock.

You can just install a custom boot animation. I currently have an Energy Star Bios boot animation that reads all of my gnex specs and such with a cool binary android logo at the end.

When you first boot up after a new rom the option to have your phone backed up from Google, pretty sure if you unchecked that your phone won't automatically download all your apps

D'oh. I was wondering why it didn't happen when I flashed mmuzzy. Guess I should pay attention to what I click.

Yeah some roms don't automatically back up your apps also. Have you tried liquid jb? Battery life is the best I have had so far

You can also open up the store and click stop all to stop all downloads. Btw, i am pretty sure that the fast charge option doesn't work right so I would not get too excited about it.

I did that! They just kept freaking queuing up. Oh well.

Fast charge worked fantastically. I was at 20-something% two hours ago and I'm just about fully charged. Feels good.

Mybackup PRO does everything that Titanium does with a much better interface and batch operations, I've been using it since my Droid 1 days. Titanium is **** tier in comparison.

Also welcome to the swagger side of things. AOKP is sweet, they're really on the way to becoming the "next CM" of Android ROMs.

Gotcha. Titanium did its job today, but man is that one ugly UI. I think I'll give this Mybackup a shot next time around.

... if there is one. Damn, AOKP is a nice ROM.

in aokp you can disable the boot animation, but your phone will call you a dick. you can get rid of the swagger toggle in the aokp settings, I think its in the notifications area.
