Default Everytime my phones vibrates because I have a new e-mail

my heart skips a beat and my stomach has a little knot in it. I can't tell if this is anxiety, or what is going on. It's like I have a minor panic attack everytime I hear it.

Then I get all excited like hoping there is going to be this email that changes the world.... but there's not. Its just the same old ****. So my expectations and emotions just ride this rollar coaster all day long of hope and disappointment.

thats weird.

I've thought about something like this before, but more to do with social media. I think people get addicted to seeing that they have a new message, friend request, comment, like, etc...

Do you ever get phantom vibrations? Your phone vibrates in your pocket, you grab it and look at it - and there is nothing new on it. WTF!? Or, even worse. Your phone vibrates in your pocket, you grab for it and then realize you left your phone at home.
