Enthusiast Event at Stohlman Subaru - October 7th

Who: Stohlman Subaru / VW

What: Enthusiast Show and Meet (Each brand will have judging for Stock, Mild, and Wild Classes, and Fan Favorite)

Where: Stohlman Subaru, Tysons Corner, VA
When: Sunday, October 7th - 11am - 4pm

Why: Show off your car, make some new friends, win some cool prizes, and check out the official Subaru Rally Car!!

Other Cool Details: Come see the awesome #40 STI Rallycross car of X Games BMX Legend and Subaru Rally Driver Dave Mirra! Accompanying Mirra's Rallycoss car is an interactive trailer featuring team information and rally videos along with SPT parts displays and free posters and other team items! Red Hot and Blue will be catering some awesome BBQ (no charge), Subaru of America will be here with their STi and BRZ on display if you haven't had a chance to check them out yet. The first 150 people arriving to the event will receive a free t-shirt.

We will have car show judging starting around 12:30, and awards about 2:30. Some trophies and things for the cars that place. Subaru and VW will both have a Stock, Mild, and Wild Class. Fan Favorites and Best of Show cars will also receive prizes.

The show is free to enter your car and every pre-registered car will receive a swag bag. Space is limited, please pre-register your vehicle by calling Mike Huyett 703-770-6128 or email mhuyett@stohlmanauto.com.

I was looking forward to this when it was scheduled earlier this year. I'll be driving back from Salisbury, MD (Sea Gull Century!) on Sunday so I might be able to catch the tail end of the meet.

I was just at the service dept. last Saturday, nobody mentioned it, but several guys there sure did mentioned how they liked my Foz.

This will be a kid friendly event. We just got word that we will have the Igloo Tent with all of the multimedia gaming tent the kids will love! A lot of free food, and cool cars to check out. We will also have Trek Bikes here, and tons of great give-a-ways!

We will also be having like drawing stations and other activites for the kids, so this will be a fun even for the kids to be at as well. We are getting excited and hope to see you all on Sunday!

Fun meet! We stayed for about 90 minutes and then headed home. Pretty big VW turnout, but only a few Subarus there. There was an XV Crosstrek which was cool. Might be buying one of those in the next few months.
