Default Installed PIAA Sport Horns on my STI

I just got PIAA sport horn for my 07 STi from amazon. I think they sound better than hella supertones, anyway I am having problems with installing the horn. I went through DIY thread we have in the forum here, but they didn't make any sense to me. I also ordered sickspeed horn harness wiring kit to make it easier to install I am more confused now
here is a link for the kit
http://www.ebay.com/itm/HORN-WIRING-...de6284&vxp=mtr

and installation diagram here
http://sickspeed.com/pages/wiring.html

PIAA sport horn look excatlly like hella supertones from behind, so should I make my own wiring or using the harness kit from sickspeed ? need some help here

These are pics of the horn

these wires came with the horns

here is a link from PIAA website for installing instructions
http://piaa.com/automotive-lamps/ins...ns_install.pdf

I am so confused which way I should go ?

I know number 1 should go to the battery what about 2,3 and 4 ?

Finally I figured it out

Pretty self explanitory.. I'm trying to think of a easy way to explain it but you have all the info you need in all of the links you provided.

what dont you understand? one side of the horn goes to ground, and the other side either goes right to the stock horn signal wire (if not using the relay) or 86 on your relay, and your horn signal goes to 87 on the relay..

All the harnes does is take the load off the signal wire so it dosnt melt.. you can do it with out the harness but since you already bought it, use it.

you just have to figure out whichj side should be ground and positive (it may not matter)
easiest way to do that?
use wires to the battery and try it out each way.

3 and 4 are postive they go to your horns. 2 is the bat ground but I'm not sure you may have to trace them back to the relay and find out what pole they are on. I do not know what the red wire with the vamp clamp on it is. And no idea where you signal wire is. It looks like your missing something. I know there are hundreds of threads on how to wire these horns. I did mine last week and it took 10 min start to finnish. If your having this much trouble i would not use the harness or ask if some one local could help

Just look at the pics you provided and follow them..

3&4 are for the horns, the black wire in the horn pic is ground, 2 is a splice for signal to relay, and a ground from signal from relay, and 1 is the relay and power itself.

Seems simple, should be installed in about 3 minutes

I ordered this same PIAA 500Hz/600Hz kit. is the relay wiring harness really necessary? I plan to replace the stock low tone (on front core support) and high tone (under passenger side head light). the PIAA website says wiring harness is not necessary.

it's not necessary, but it's safer

I took a look at the service manual. PIAA dual horn kit total current draw is about 5.4A and fuse size the in horn circuit is 15A located in the fuse box under the hood. plus there's already a relay in the factory horn circuit. adding a 2nd relay in the horn circuit seems redundant and another part to fail.
