Default 02 WRX spark plug CYL #2 missfire HELP!

ok so heres the story i did my passenger side valve cover succesfully and did ALL the spark plugs with it. when installing i think at least one or more i might have overtorqued or just tightened too much idk along with the bolt for the coil pack on cyld 2. i drove for about 150 miles after no leaks to burning oil nothing at all, but i never really got on the car, to add in i got the turbo replaced under warranty thinking thats what it was and it wasnt so i got a new rebuilt turbo and gaskets coolant oil ect. So yesterday i really got on the car and was racing a S2000, after i got off the throttle it went into limp mode CEL flashing car shaking and Miss firing at idle it smoked alot of blue smoke out of exaust and a little from the front if i stepped on pedal!!!!!, got off exit to gas station scanned it, CLY 2 missfire along with rear 02 sesnor low circut which i knew of had since i did the catless turboback exaust. so i got to the spark plug took out battery and very slighty loosened up the spark plug to see what happens which was very damn tight along with the the bolt for the coil pack turned car on and ran completely normal, checked filler cup and pcv lines for smoke which there was none at all so cant be piston ring or anything. idk what happend if ANYONE can please give me their ideas on it and if i should go back and do that one correctly with torque wrench or something, the car is running normal still just dont want to blow anything!!!!!!!!
