OK so I recently changed setups so I figured I would post up my results.


Dyno tune
Where? Mach V motorsports sterling va
Temp 60s ?
Weather. Rainy.

Car. 2002 wrx wagon
Tuner, Dan @ Mach v
Trans. 07 sti six speed. Stock gearset.
Gear. 4 of 6 ( I think)
Max power. 367@ 5500rpm
Max tq 355 @around 5000rpm
Stock wrx on this dyno 190/185
Target boost 21 psi
Target afr. Unknown.
Fuel. Pump 93 octane.

Engine mods.
Ej255 (out of outback turbo-slightly lower cr than 257 I think) short block totally stock ,totally stock 2.0 heads, STI OEM headgasket, Blouch 20gxt turbo,2.4 inlet, 8cm hotside. gt spec uel header, 3 bolt up pipe, DIY tgv delete's, dw750's, walbro 255, APS dr725 FMIC, grimmspeed 3 port bcs, perrin Inlet , perrin big maf intake, ebay catless 3 inch DP , full 3 inch SPT CBE. Mishimoto radiator, and a host of other things I can't remember.
Transmission is an 07 sti six speed. All stock
Clutch/flywheel is act Hdss and OEM flywheel.

Put down 367/355 on 93 octane.

Well the old setup was the same hybrid, but I only had vf39, sti pinks, big top mount, stock tgv's,K&N typhoon cai, same exhaust but stock manifolds.
Made good power but I got tired of no top end power.
It made 287/333. Also tuned by Dan @Mach V.

Really tempted to see what a new pump, id1000's and e85 would do for me. Maybe 420wtq?

What are you referring too, the top end drop off or something else? Care to explain?

What's the correction factor on that Dynojet?

Also, you're running 21psi and 350+whp on stock internals and not machined heads, I would be scared..

Seems slow to make power and really falls on its face, hard. Are u tapering the boost hard or something cause that drop in power after 5k is drastic. I'm not trying to be jerky, something doesn't seem right though?

The size of the FMIC I am sure affects the spool time some.
