Default 2008 VF52 Turbo Swap now engine is smoking

i just finished a turbo swap and everything is hooked up and no leaks, only thing is after driving for 5 mins area of the turbo starts smoking.

aftermarket downpipe
vf52 turbo
EBCS
STOCK TMIC
K&N CAI

new turbo or was it used? any shaft play on it before you put it on>?

no shaft play, it new a newly remanufacturer turbo. So used.

where is the turbo smoking? could it be coolant or oil residue burning off?? is it boosting good?i have the same mods you do. i swapped my turbo 2 years ago.

Probly coolant spillage i know i spilled alot when i swapped mine i would let it idle for a while and see if it stops.

boost is amazing! yeah i did spill a lot of coolant around the turbo. I will keep you guys updated thanks for your input
