Default Emissions Testing

I had stated this same thread earlier today but I am not sure what happened to it, so anyway,

I am just looking for some people inputs and thoughts on Colorado emissions testing. I have an 09 WRX with a cat-less downpipe and a cat-less uppipe. I have an AP to get rid of the codes. Can I still pass emissions with that? Will I need to get the car pro-tuned?

Any ideas or thoughts are greatly appreciated.
