Default Stock 2.5L + 3.0XT-R & E85 = 12.11 @ 118.7

Also ran 12.12 @ 118.5 (1.65 60'), 12.20 @ 117.6 (1.66 60'), and 12.33 @ 119.6 (1.79 60') on other passes today.

Not all that amazing compared to what some other people have done but I think that's all I'm going to be able to wring out of her. The short pre-2007 gears just kill me in the 1/4. Shifting to 5th is for the birds.

Kinda cool though...with just a few bolt-ons it runs with anything from the factory with 4 doors (with the exception of the new M5 and Panamera Turbo S) and the mods are so low key most people don't even pick up on them at first glance.

Here's a couple pulls from night before last when I was tweaking the tune. I moved from AZ to KS so now I'm at lower altitude (1350' vs 2960'). The uncorrected Mustang Dyno numbers in VD used to be 415-420 AWHP and 379-389 lbft in AZ so the car is definitely making more power in the thicker air.

That's a nice looking setup. I have to admit, after seeing your times in 1/4 (I seriously expected you to be trapping higher), I'm glad I sold my dom 3xtr equipped WRX. Nice runs though!

There's a lot faster run left in this car.

I hope so. It is an awfully clean looking setup. I know how fun the Dom 3xtr is on the street...

setup looks great, tune looks pretty good (little bit of boost osscilation, but nothing I'd be worried about) especially that boost curve (28psi by 3800, nice!), but I'm surprised with the time and trap speed. I'd have guess closer to low 11s and 130mph. You believe the times are due to the short gears, possibly slower shifting? Your 60' looks great too, but get it down to 1.6 (make that trans cry lol).

Tune wise this combo of parts is pegged. I'm at MBT, AVCS is optimized, and I'm not much for venturing past 26 psi on a bone stock long block. The boost is practically solid now too. Since it really wasn't bad (+/- 0.5 psi) when I was making those pulls I waited until I got home to average them out and get a good plan for what I needed to do to get the WGDC nailed down.

Mid 1.6X 60's are damn good from what i've seen from similar cars and even 1.7X isn't bad at all so I don't think the launch. I'm flat shifting every gear at the optimum RPM to put down max wheel torque too (calculations say 7500 on the 1>2 & roughly 7100 on the others).

One thing that makes me feel better is my numbers fall right in line with the normal weight/WHP/Trap Speed calculators out there. Most say 3445 lbs (my race weight) + 119.59 mph traps = 460 AWHP

This is a perfect example of a sensible Subaru. Just simple, non-invasive, non-exotic stuff. And it traps ~120mph while weighing almost 3500lbs!

Good job Sir!

Yeah...IWG. No issues while using a Grimmspeed EBCS and AccessTuner Race to drive it properly.

I'm really digging this turbo at lower altitude. Not that it was bad before...it's just better now. Really good top end (for a stock location turbo) with decent response. There might be better options when knock limited by true pump gas but I can't see calling this turbo laggy or too big when using E85 or race gas.

Nice runs and power man, that thing must feel great on the street. Seems to come alive at 4000-4200 just like mine. The top end is nice for a stock location. I need to get me some E85 in the tank cause i can tell this thing isnt even getting started on pump

I thought with the whp its making it should be doing mid to low 11's? Or is it just not giving it all as in quick shifts etc? Nice engine bay btw

Since there's only one way to push the gas and I'm 60'ing pretty well it's obviously in the shifting. I'm just not willing to beat on the car quite as hard as some people are. After all this is just my daily.
