Default Looking for ReprogramAP_04WRX utility

I got a 2004 WRX about a week ago and just got the AccessPORT (v1) data and power cables from the owner this past weekend. It had some older maps on the AP so I was trying to load the newer maps onto it. I ran into a problem where the AP is thinking it is for a 2005 so it won't accept the 2004 maps I have downloaded.

After running some searches, I found that I need go through a process of un-marrying the AP, reverting it to 2004, and then I should be able to put the correct maps on it. I found numerous mentions of this program on both NASIOC and Cobb tuning forums, but they are all old links.

Does anyone have the ReprogramAP_04WRX file needed to revert a 2005 AccessPORT back to a 2004?

Just a FYI, I found the utility needed to revert a 2005 unit to a 2004 so that I am able to load the correct maps. The car seemed to run a little better with the correct map on it.
