You need to rev the engine in your vid. If it increases with rpm and seems to disappear at about 3500 rpm, I fear it is bad news. (read: rod knock) What oil are you running and how many miles on this OCI?

EDIT

I see this post was 1 min before mine.^^^^^^^^^^

My condolences on your troubles. I have however, been there done that. Fight them and don't let them screw you. They WILL try.

Fix youre damn thread title!!! Learn how to post to catch the right people with the right answers. Dont use the most random GENERAL 1 word thread title.

BTW, sounds like rod knock.

***Write this down and tell the dealership you herd this could pertain to youre car. Tell them "Refer to bulletin # 02-109-10R". Its for long block replacement on the 2009 Turbo vehicles. These engines have tighter oil clearances than any other year. Subaru IS aware of it..... thats why there is this bulletin for a Long Block replacement.

I would call and make sure they are going by that bulletin though and not just replacing the short block!
