Default strange buffeting/ish noise coming from passenger side while driving

when i'm driving, (i think only when the gas is applied) i started to notice a sort of buffeting noise and vibration from underneath../passenger side-ish area a few days ago. Today, the noise started to get more prominent, and now, when starting after a stop, there were prominent chirping sounds coming from the same side (sounded like belts or something). My engine is rebuilt, and my timing chain was done like 1k miles ago. I know my car also has a bad center diff/viscous coupling (slow parking lot speed thuds, etc), but I wasn't going to change that until it became undrivable practically. Is this sound something tied in with the center diff.. or what could it be? I really do not know how to describe the problem any better, other than it sounds like when an oscillating fan makes that weird noise, lol. If i remember correctly, i can feel the thing through the steering wheel as well

and the car has aftermarket adjustable coilovers, not sure which brand

Also, the cv joints were replaced around 2 months ago.

any input would be greatly appreciated! thanks

Brakes? I had a rubbing sound coming from my brake on the driver side not long ago - ended up being the dust shield.

Fix the known issue first, then come back with questions.
Get a passenger to listen while the issue occurs.
Put the car up on jackstands, start up, put in gear. Does noise happen?
Use one of the multitude of audio recording devices available these days to record said noise. Post it.

After taking a few more drives to better describe the problem, I diagnosed the problem myself as most likely being the wheel bearings. Went to my mechanic, as the problem became extremely prominent, and, low and behold, it was indeed the wheel bearings. the front right one was ridiculously shot, and so was the front left, but not as bad as the other. I may post a few pics just to show what the front right bearing did to the hub...ridiculous.
