Default New hybrid build, broke during tune

OEM EJ257 in an 05 WRX- I just took it to get tuned and they said it has rod knock. I drove it easy for break in and it was fine. They installed some 550 cc injectors and did some dyno pulls and now it's broken. They said it's not their fault, but I wonder now. I had a friend pull off the map and he said it's not right. Is there a way to post the tune on here? Maybe screen shots? I want to get some opinions from others before I go back to the shop and talk to them. Thank you.

Who built/assembled the block?

Of course the tune isn't right. They heard knock and stopped the session.

It ran for almost 10k miles and wasn't making this noise. They did some dyno pulls after changing the injectors and now it has a loud clacking sound. I'm not going to bring any names to it, but the shop that put my heads on the stock short block and installed the engine has a great reputation.

Unless the tuner had REALLY ****ed up the tune and it was detonating like crazy, it likely isn't on the tuner.
