Default E85 at Olson Brothers Tire Test Results

just did a test on the e85 at olson brothers on mcgloughlin here in portland. suprised with the results for what should be their winter blend.

you can see the line a little above half way between 85% and 90% i did the test 3 times and got the same result.
so looks like were getting E87.5ish. just sharing the info for anyone interested.

Where are they located? I just got e85 from bobs in clackmas. Sucks having to drive out there every time for fuel when I live in Vancouver :/

I get mine at J-garage. I wonder if they use the same distributor? My understanding of the E85 there is they don't change the blend for winter, only on my bio-diesel.

Yes, all E85 in Oregon comes from the same distributor and, to date, it has always been ~E85 (no winter blend).

I've noticed about a 40 cent price difference from jays vs bobs also. Bobs is a bit cheaper when using cash. Has anybody tried the e85 in the Longview area? I know there is one station that carries it as well.

From my understanding Bobs does not have frequent e85 sales so the gas sits stagnant for extended periods of time and was told to stay away from there. Was this opinion incorrect?

Bob's has always worked great for me and he is usually very busy from what i've seen. But i have never had problems with any of the stations.
