Yea people here on the forum weigh them at like 3060 fully stock with a full tank of gas. So dry weight is like 3000 on the dot.

The downpipe snakes all the way down beside the transmission... several bends and rotations. Take some pics tomorrow when I pull it back out to weld it up.

i severely cut my hand tuesday afternoon at a friends shop. so more down time... more medical bills... and no way to work at all. i hate to say but i think this maybe the end of my project. i was working two jobs since i hurt my knee to pay my bills. i do have pics of my hand when they were working on it at the hospital... they are extremely graphic from what i was told... i wont look at them... also not sure if i can post them... it was the worst pain ive ever felt... even morphine and the other pain killers barely numbed the pain. i can wiggle all my fingers, i have feeling in them. but still have to go back to the orthopedic surgeon in two weeks to be checked out.

Very sorry to hear about your hand. Hope all goes well at the orthopedic surgeon and you make a quick recovery. Don't give up on your project yet man. There's too much hard work and skill put into this just for it to get sold off or parted out before it's done.

Yea, I'm with everyone on this. Don't give up on the sick project this thing is truly amazing and unique in every way. You might be hurt but this project would be a huge loss if you parted it out IMO. Keep going! Also I'm kinda interested to see how bad you hand is. You should post linked pics, so people who want to see them can. But if you aren't comfortable with it by all means don't post them. Keep on keepin on!

there was three layer of stitches.. they fixed two arteries to control bleeding... and seeing ligaments and bone was scary.

Yea this is almost exactly what I was picturing, except I pictured it on the palm. That's a pretty nasty rip. What were you doing that caused this?

Holy hell man... Hope it's a speedy recovery with little issue. Focus on recovery, and if this project still exists, I wish it the best.

those pics are horrid.

I can say that the scariest thing i can imagine when working on the car is something like this.

like the projects you have taken on and showed us in this thread., i wish you the best on a speedy recovery in that you gain something better than what you started with.
